We are currently seeking a dependable and service-oriented Food Services team member to join our Bentonville, AR location at Table 29, an in-house restaurant within Sam's Club dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences through high-quality food preparation and hospitality. This role primarily involves supporting food preparation, customer service, and sanitation activities to ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service and food safety standards. The position operates Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM, offering an hourly wage range of $16.00 to $28.00, with potential additional premiums based on work schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

As a Food Services team member at Table 29, you will play a vital role in bringing the restaurant's vision and values to life by delivering warm and welcoming customer service that elevates the dining experience. Your responsibilities include preparing and cooking meals using standard recipes and culinary techniques such as baking, chopping, and grilling, while maintaining kitchen efficiency and adhering to food safety regulations, including proper temperature checks, ingredient labeling, and sanitation practices. The role demands a positive, energetic presence that uplifts the team and fosters a collaborative work environment. You will also be involved in inventory rotation and ingredient preparation, ensuring the seamless operation of the kitchen.

The role requires a certified ServSafe Food Handler certification or equivalent within 45 days of hire, with a preference for candidates having at least three years of hands-on experience in professional cooking, food preparation, catering, and event logistics. Candidates should be adept in high-volume cooking environments and demonstrate effective teamwork and communication skills. Physical stamina is essential, as the role requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
