The Food Service Team Member role at Sam's Club is designed for individuals who are dependable and service-oriented. This position emphasizes maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and customer satisfaction. The chosen candidate will play an integral role in preparing food with care, ensuring that every dish meets company policies and food safety regulations. In this position, you will work Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM in Bentonville, AR. The role offers an hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $28.00, with additional compensation possible through performance-based bonuses and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks. The Food Service Team Member's duties include delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the warm and inviting atmosphere of Table 29, actively embodying the restaurant's vision and values to enhance guest experiences, and maintaining a positive and energetic presence that uplifts the team. Responsibilities extend to preparing and cooking meals using standard recipes and execution techniques such as baking, chopping, and grilling. Maintaining food safety is a critical aspect, including proper ingredient preparation, inventory rotation, temperature checks, labeling, and sanitation practices.

This role requires individuals who are capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates must obtain a ServSafe Food Handler certification or a related food safety certification within 45 days of hire to ensure compliance with health standards. Preferred candidates possess experience in professional cooking, catering, and high-volume kitchen operations, highlighting a strong capability to work in fast-paced environments without supervision.
