Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work early morning shifts including weekends and holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Madison and local attractions
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Flexibility with scheduling

Job Duties
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet
- Light cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the Governor's Club Lounge
- Refresh complimentary amenities for guests throughout the morning
- Maintain inventory and restock items in the kitchen and Governor's Club Lounge
- Assist guests with questions about the hotel or surrounding area
- Act as a concierge to recommend things to do and see around Madison
- Perform other functions as required and directed
