Job Requirements
- Must be able to effectively read and follow recipes
- basic math skills and ability to make correct change and balance register
- knowledge of the functions of POS/cash register and computer skills
- customer service or cashier experience
- ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- attention to detail
- strong communication and time management skills
- ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work in a hot and fast-paced environment for extended periods
- self-starter, fast-learner
- ability to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing popcorn
- flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, fill orders, accept payments, and provide exceptional customer service
- operate computer, scales, cash registers, gourmet popcorn equipment and other electronic devices
- balance the cash register to ensure sales reconcile
- process refunds, exchanges, coupons or gift cards
- bag, label and display finished products for shipment or sale
- follow all store policies and procedures
- ensure that store is always clean, sanitized, presentable to customers and fully stocked
- ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
- keep records relating to customer info, deliveries, inventory, and production of products
- process, package and ship online and wholesale orders with efficiency and accuracy
