The position primarily involves comprehensive opening and closing duties necessary for smooth operations of the food and beverage service areas. This includes setting up and stocking workstations, managing supplies, using the MICROS Point of Sale system to take and input orders, preparing food and coffee beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout shifts. Essential responsibilities also encompass handling cash transactions securely, performing accurate bank counts, resolving discrepancies, and complying with all safety and security protocols.

Beyond the technical duties, this role demands a high standard of personal and team conduct, including professionalism in appearance, confidentiality in handling proprietary information, effective communication skills, and the ability to build positive working relationships. Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
