The role offered is a part-time, non-management Food and Beverage and Culinary position at JW Marriott, with a preferred evening shift. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Perform opening and closing duties such as organizing supplies and equipment
clean all equipment and areas
secure doors by locking
organize, stock, and maintain work areas
enter orders into the cash register system and collect payments
take orders, enter them in MICROS system and prepare food and coffee
ensure appliances are turned on and off at appropriate times
clean tables and coffee cart areas
maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
obtain necessary change for expected transactions
balance cash register at end of shift, complete cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, issue receipts, secure cash register
comply with all company safety policies and procedures
report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
complete safety training and certifications
ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
maintain confidentiality of company information and protect assets
support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
assist the team to achieve common goals
meet quality assurance expectations and standards
move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects under 25 pounds without assistance
