This full-time, non-management Food and Beverage position based in Los Angeles involves important operational responsibilities including opening and closing duties, such as preparing supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing the premises. The role requires taking orders, entering them into the MICROS cash register system, and preparing food and coffee beverages with precision and care. Employees must ensure that all appliances are operated at appropriate times and maintain cleanliness in coffee cart areas and public spaces throughout their shift. Cash handling tasks include managing transactions, counting change, completing cashier reports, and securing the bank at the end of shifts. The role demands adherence to stringent company safety and security policies, active reporting of accidents or unsafe conditions, and completion of all required training and certifications.
