Job Duties

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
manage reservations and create seating arrangements to ensure an efficient flow of guests
escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
assist in coordinating with the waitstaff team to ensure timely service
answer phone calls and provide information to guests regarding restaurant hours, specials, and promotions
maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area, including keeping the reception area clean and tidy
collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate wait times and communicate any special requests or considerations
address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
maintain knowledge of the restaurant's offerings, including menu items and daily specials
follow all health and safety regulations
