The role is essential to the smooth operation and customer satisfaction of the golf course, requiring strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of tasks both indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions. Employees must maintain a neat and efficient pro shop area and accurately maintain program and financial records. Candidates must be able to work independently and handle stressful situations while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. The job requires physical ability for lifting items up to 20 pounds, use of office and cleaning equipment, and frequent public interaction.
