The Golf Smokehouse Grill Workers position is a seasonal, fixed-term role at the Smokehouse Grill located at the Timpanogos Golf Course. This role is perfect for individuals seeking part-time employment with flexible hours based on weather and season. Employees have the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week in shifts ranging from 5 to 6 hours, including weekends and holidays. The pay rate varies from $9.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on the candidate's skill level and experience. Seasonal employees also have access to retirement savings plans and other perks such as free golf, carts, and range balls when available.

In this role, workers will be responsible for various food service and customer interaction activities in a fast-paced environment. Duties include opening and closing the grill, managing food operations, providing excellent customer service, assisting with inventory management and ordering, preparing nightly deposits, and maintaining the clubhouse. Workers will collaborate with golf professionals and assist during tournaments and events, offering diverse and engaging tasks that contribute to a well-functioning golf course and dining experience.

The position demands physical strength and agility and involves working with hot surfaces, sharp objects, and handling supplies up to 30+ pounds.
