The work environment is outdoors and indoors within the Pro Shop, serving a diverse clientele ranging from avid golfers to casual visitors. The facility prides itself on providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and order within the premises, and ensuring a smooth operation of daily activities essential for the enjoyment and satisfaction of all visitors. Employment in this role is typically full-time or part-time, with the possibility of varying shifts depending on operational hours, and offers an opportunity to engage with the public in a dynamic environment with potential for further development in golf operations and customer service.

The role of the Pro Shop Assistant is integral to the smooth running of the golf facility.
