This role is based at Atlantic Fields, one of the distinguished Discovery Land Company locations situated just outside of West Palm Beach, Florida. Atlantic Fields is seeking a dedicated Golf Services Attendant to join its Golf Operations Department. This position plays a vital role in upholding the exceptional standards of service that Discovery Land Company is known for. The Golf Services Attendant is responsible for delivering outstanding service to members and guests as they enjoy the golf facilities, contributing directly to the overall member and guest experience. The role involves interacting with golfers of varying skill levels and ensuring they have the support and resources needed throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities include greeting members upon arrival and departure at the practice facility, assisting during rounds of golf, and promptly responding to any player requests. The Golf Services Attendant collaborates closely with the valet team and supports various operational needs, including stocking and restocking golf carts with beverages, towels, and other amenities. Maintaining cleanliness and readiness of golf carts, shuttles, and personal carts is crucial, as is the proper handling and cleaning of players' golf clubs before and after rounds.

This position also entails daily set-up and breakdown of range equipment and amenities, managing closing duties such as tidying range furniture, washing golf balls, restocking buckets, and charging golf carts overnight. Communication with other departments ensures smooth transitions for members moving through the property. Additionally, the attendant may assist in the Golf Shop as a retail associate when needed and help track daily golf activity accurately. Opportunities are available to provide caddie services if qualified and requested by the Director of Golf. Attendance at departmental meetings and training is required to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.

Flexibility with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential due to the nature of the hospitality and golf operations business.
