- Must be able to lift 20 pounds, 30% of the time
- Must be able to communicate effectively in the english language
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation and access to staff required uniform

Job Duties
- Ensure that each member and guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid facility knowledge, building rapport with members
- Assist with daily and tournament preparation and setup
- Maintain all areas of operation: Podium, Range, Cart Barn, Ball Wash Room
- Manage the tee sheet, greet member/guest groups at range, maintain a stocked and clean hitting range, notify staff if a pick is needed
- Ensure all golf carts are stocked and clean, member clubs are cleaned and put away, correct clubs are pulled for members
- Follow handbook and standards for Outside Operations
- Effective communication with all areas of golf operations
- Any other tasks assigned by manager
