Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate golf carts safely and responsibly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading golf equipment and to be on feet for extended periods
- Basic understanding of safety protocols related to vehicle operation and guest interaction
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or valet role preferably in a golf or hospitality setting
- Familiarity with golf course operations and etiquette
- Basic mechanical skills for minor golf cart maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Certification in first aid or CPR is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with golf cart usage including loading and unloading golf bags and equipment
- Operate golf carts safely and efficiently ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and course policies
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on golf carts to ensure they are clean charged and in good working condition
- Coordinate the distribution and collection of golf carts to maintain smooth flow and availability throughout the day
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of cart usage and report any damages or operational issues to management
- Assist with general upkeep of the golf cart storage area and surrounding facilities to ensure a tidy and organized environment
