Job Requirements

  • open availability including evenings and weekends
  • two plus years working in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
  • sushi or Japanese cuisine experience is a big advantage
  • passion for excellence and superior service standards
  • positive attitude with a teamplayer mindset
  • ability to work under pressure
  • must be able to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift including frequent bending and stooping

Job Qualifications

  • minimum two years experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
  • experience with sushi and Japanese cuisine preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • excellent knowledge of food service standards and etiquette

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests promptly and professionally
  • take accurate food and beverage orders
  • provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
  • deliver orders in a timely manner ensuring presentation and quality
  • handle guest concerns with courtesy and efficiency
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
