Job Requirements

open availability including evenings and weekends
two plus years working in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
sushi or Japanese cuisine experience is a big advantage
passion for excellence and superior service standards
positive attitude with a teamplayer mindset
ability to work under pressure
must be able to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift including frequent bending and stooping

Job Qualifications

minimum two years experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
experience with sushi and Japanese cuisine preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
excellent knowledge of food service standards and etiquette

Job Duties

greet and seat guests promptly and professionally
take accurate food and beverage orders
provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
deliver orders in a timely manner ensuring presentation and quality
handle guest concerns with courtesy and efficiency
collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
