Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards
- Engage guests and build repeat business through hospitality
- Maintain bar inventory, cleanliness, and preparation levels
- Monitor guest intoxication and intervene as required
- Support servers with beverage orders
- Ensure beverage quality and consistency
- Manage cost awareness and waste control
- Ensure guest engagement and compliance adherence
- Maintain bar-level food and alcohol safety
- Exercise authority to refuse service according to policy
- Maintain beverage sanitation and safe ice handling
- Ensure glassware cleanliness and storage standards
- Provide responsible alcohol service and intoxication management
- Prevent allergen cross-contact in beverages
