Jacobs Entertainment is currently seeking a Barback to join their vibrant team at Gold Dust West Carson City, a multifaceted property featuring 148 modern hotel rooms and suites, a 32-lane Bowling Center with a full Snack Bar, an RV Park, a full-service Sports Book, and the popular Grille Restaurant. This position is integral to maintaining the exceptional service standards and overall guest satisfaction that Gold Dust West is known for. The Barback plays a vital support role in the beverage department by ensuring that bars are well-stocked, clean, and prepared for efficient service throughout the operating shifts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for replenishing bar supplies according to established pars, stocking all bar products including those stored in dry goods areas, the liquor room, and coolers, as well as preparing garnishes by cutting fresh fruit. Maintaining cleanliness by disposing of trash appropriately and cleaning both beverage stations is also essential. All activities must be performed in strict adherence to Nevada Alcohol Awareness Procedures and company policies, ensuring a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
