This role is subject to a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and offers a starting pay rate of $17.50 per hour. The position demands a dedicated professional who prioritizes passenger safety, operational excellence, and delivering exemplary customer service. The Bus Driver will be entrusted with the responsibility of driving assigned routes on time while adhering to traffic laws and company policies, facilitating smooth and comfortable transportation experiences for all passengers. This role involves performing comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety and promptly reporting maintenance needs. The driver must be vigilant in enforcing safety protocols, including seat belt use, and must be prepared to respond appropriately to emergencies. Shifts may vary and include days, evenings, weekends, and overnight hours, requiring flexibility and reliability from the applicant. Job Requirements
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
- Work environment includes both indoors and outdoors
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen
- Comply with DOT regulations prohibiting Schedule I drugs including cannabis

Job Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Michigan Chauffeur's License required
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience personal or professional
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable
Job Duties
- Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and traffic regulations
- Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers during boarding, transit, and disembarkation
- Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure safety equipment readiness in the vehicle
- Enforce company policies including seat belt compliance and emergency response preparedness
- Perform other duties as required
