Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- familiarity with handheld scanners and other retail technology
- capable of working independently and in a team environment
- attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- physical ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- greet guests and provide assistance to solve their needs
- execute daily tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backrooms, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or fixtures
- maintain inventory accuracy and merchandise set-up
- learn and apply operational procedures affecting inventory management and store profitability
- support guest services including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment tasks
- comply with safety policies and ethical conduct standards
