Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Capability to stay mobile for the duration of shifts
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience beneficial
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic technology proficiency including handheld scanners and communication devices
- Ability to follow detailed processes and multi-step instructions
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide assistance when needed
- Execute daily merchandise tasks including receiving, restocking, organizing, and setting up promotional signs
- Operate power equipment safely if certified
- Maintain inventory accuracy and pricing updates
- Support pick, pack, and ship digital fulfillment processes
- Maintain store safety and compliance
- Assist with cash register operations and guest services as needed
