Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Comfortable climbing ladders
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Capability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Proficiency in using handheld scanners and other store technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide assistance to ensure a welcoming experience
- Execute daily tasks including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- Perform processes including pricing changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- Support pick, pack and ship fulfillment work including digital order processes
- Maintain compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards
- Assist with guest services such as backup cashier duties
