Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- physical capability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- ability to remain mobile for entire shifts
- must comply with safety policies and procedures
- ability to operate equipment safely if certified
- capable of working in varying temperature and humidity conditions
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs
- execute daily assigned tasks including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backrooms, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment if certified
- execute pricing changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy processes
- support guest services including backup cashier and digital fulfillment activities like picking and packing orders
- maintain safety compliance and ethical conduct at all times
- perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
