Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively
- physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds
- ability to climb ladders and be mobile during entire shift
- reliable and punctual attendance
- capability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
- willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- strong communication skills
- ability to operate handheld scanners and technology devices

- attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- greet guests and create a welcoming shopping experience
- assist guests with product inquiries and provide helpful solutions
- execute daily tasks including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom and sales floor
- operate power equipment safely when certified
- maintain inventory accuracy and pricing processes
- support digital fulfillment such as picking, packing, and order delivery
- ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
