Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical capability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- ability to climb ladders
- reliable and punctual attendance
- able to work in varying environmental conditions
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- greet guests and provide assistance to solve their needs
- execute daily tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, and arranging merchandise
- operate power equipment if certified
- perform pricing changes, merchandise set-up, and inventory accuracy checks
- support guest services including cashier back-up and digital fulfillment processes
- maintain safety compliance and report hazards
- perform additional duties as required by business needs
