Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to work long, scheduled or unscheduled hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
  • ability to manage without supervision
  • physically able to perform job duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds or more
  • willingness to work in noisy environments with exposure to moving mechanical parts and various environmental factors
  • ability to pass background check
  • bilingual skills preferred in certain markets

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • two years successful restaurant management or supervision experience
  • stable employment history
  • basic accounting skills including invoice reconciliation and financial statement analysis
  • cash management skills
  • ability to perform duties of all restaurant positions including pizza delivery
  • leadership and coaching abilities
  • knowledge of customer service principles
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency with phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers

Job Duties

  • Provide quality products by building a quality system with team members
  • respond professionally and promptly to customer concerns
  • solicit and use customer feedback to improve operations
  • communicate and promote quality standards using available tools
  • actively recruit and maintain customer-focused team members
  • orient and train team members to exceed expectations
  • ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards
  • set and communicate performance expectations
  • conduct timely performance reviews
  • document performance issues and take disciplinary action
  • coach and develop team members to ensure a quality and customer-focused team
  • build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
  • manage sales goals by providing prompt customer service and building check averages
  • execute creative local marketing to increase sales
  • manage profit goals by controlling food, labor, and controllable costs
  • utilize the PROFIT system to correct budget deviations
  • execute administrative and cash management duties
  • plan and manage inventory levels
  • ensure the restaurant is clean, equipped, and all equipment functions properly
  • maintain safety and security standards
  • oversee preventative maintenance and repairs
