In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations while setting the standard for service quality and operational excellence. Your leadership will be critical to cultivating a positive workplace atmosphere for both your team and guests. You will focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing your staff, emphasizing the importance of safety, happiness, and productivity. Your ability to lead by example, communicate effectively, and manage resources strategically will enable you to meet and exceed operational and financial goals.In addition to championing outstanding customer service, you will effectively utilize AES operational systems to maintain accurate projections and efficient scheduling. The role is highly goal-oriented, with key performance indicators tied to operations, profit and loss management, guest satisfaction, speed, quality control, and workplace safety. Job Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching motions
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership and team coaching skills
- Knowledge of profit and loss management
- Experience with food cost and labor cost management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Job Duties
- Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
- Hire, train & coach the team
- Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant, especially accurate projections and great schedules
- Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
- Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
- Manage operations, profit and loss, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control, and workplace safety
- Monitor food and labor variance and take appropriate action to improve results
