The position we are offering is for a Global ERP Manager at our Bethlehem, PA facility, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a full-time, onsite role focused on driving the digital transformation through Infor Syteline (Cloud Suite Industrial), a robust ERP platform that supports ABEC's global operations. As the Global ERP Manager, you will lead the ownership and strategic direction of our global ERP platform, ensuring it operates efficiently and scales with our growing business needs. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing business processes and enhancing operational efficiency through technology innovation.

In this leadership role, you will manage and develop a talented team of ERP Specialists dedicated to maintaining and improving ABEC’s ERP ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to continuously align ERP capabilities with evolving business requirements. As an ERP leader, this position demands a combination of strategic vision and hands-on expertise in Infor Syteline ERP system implementations, integrations, customizations, and support. Beyond managing day-to-day operations, you'll spearhead ERP projects, upgrades, and process improvements, enabling ABEC to leverage technology for competitive advantage.
