The role of Strategic Events Manager at Everpure offers a unique opportunity to drive the strategic execution and logistical delivery of high-impact global tradeshows and elite brand experiences that fortify the company’s corporate identity while accelerating international pipeline growth. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Events, the Strategic Events Manager acts as the principal project owner through all major event life cycles, transforming complex product launches and industry trade shows into world-class, immersive experiences for worldwide audiences. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, and an extensive network of external vendors, to ensure flawless operational execution that maximizes audience engagement and delivers superior event ROI.

Key responsibilities include managing an annual calendar of 7 to 10 major global tradeshows and flagship product launches, overseeing budgets up to $1 million, and ensuring that every detail aligns with core commercial objectives and stringent corporate standards. The Strategic Events Manager is instrumental in orchestrating international workstreams across various time zones, ensuring seamless cohesion between marketing creatives and technical product messaging to deliver compelling experiential designs. This position demands excellence in vendor management, including contract negotiation and logistical oversight of third-party providers such as exhibit houses, labor unions, audio/visual production teams, and freight forwarders, securing cost-effective, quality-driven, and compliant delivery of corporate assets.

On-site operational governance is critical, with this role serving as the primary escalation point for booth installation supervision, structural execution, staffing logistics, and real-time troubleshooting to safeguard attendee safety and ensure a superior visitor experience. The Strategic Events Manager must also exercise expert fiscal stewardship by managing complex event budgets, developing staff schedules, authoring comprehensive event guides, and conducting post-event analyses to refine operational efficiency and optimize return on investment. The role requires flexibility including international travel commitments up to 35%, as well as the ability to work onsite in either the Santa Clara, CA or Bellevue, WA offices, adhering to company policies except during approved leave or travel periods. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications business administration or a related field
  • minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale corporate events or trade shows
  • proven expertise in vendor negotiation and contract management
  • familiarity with global logistics and supply chain coordination
  • strong project management and organizational skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work in a primarily in-office environment located in Santa Clara CA or Bellevue WA
  • willingness to travel internationally up to 35 percent

  • capacity and flexibility to travel internationally up to 35 percent adapt schedule commitments as dictated by the event life cycle including weekends and fulfill the physical positioning and structural coordination needs required during interactive booth build-outs

Job Duties

  • Architect the comprehensive operational roadmap timeline and master execution strategy for 7-10 major global trade shows and flagship product launches annually scaling up to 1 million in budget responsibility

  • oversee multi-variable event budgets develop master staff schedules author unified event survival guides track expenditures against critical financial milestones and execute post-event reconciliations to measure and improve operational efficiencies and ROI
