Responsibilities include designing security strategies for VIPs at specialized and sensitive events, conducting pre-event site assessments, and managing security personnel from proprietary, contract, law enforcement, and medical backgrounds. Additionally, the role involves providing security briefings to a range of stakeholders including senior leadership, preparing and managing event security operating budgets, and supporting internal departments such as event management, marketing, and public relations while maintaining strict security standards.

The role requires close collaboration with senior-level internal partners and serving as the security representative during event planning meetings. There is an emphasis on mentorship and the structured development of team members through education and training programs. Beyond direct event security, the role supports other Protective Services teams and various business units as needed. It also involves partnering with business teams to develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs), establish strategic roadmaps, and complete comprehensive security-related projects such as drafting reports and conducting location assessments.

This position offers a competitive salary range depending on location and experience, ranging approximately from $72,900 to $127,500 annually.
