Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Two years of professional experience in international education or program coordination in an international context
- International experience through study, employment, or residence abroad
- Ability to strategize, prioritize, and multitask
- Problem-solving skills in an entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to manage diverse tasks independently and within a team
- Adaptability and flexibility in changing work environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational capacity
- Commitment to international education and cross-cultural understanding
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated commitment to international education and cross-cultural understanding
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience advising students
- Experience with program design, coordination, or project management
- Experience in higher education settings
- Familiarity with externally funded program management
- Experience in risk management in international contexts
- Proficiency in a second language, preferably Mandarin, Arabic, or Hindi/Urdu
- Group facilitation and public speaking experience
- Event planning and coordination
Job Duties
- Coordinate the development and execution of cross-unit global engagement programs
- Design and implement revenue-generating programs including grants, contracts, and fee-based training
- Support faculty global engagement initiatives
- Enhance student international curriculum and experiential learning opportunities
- Provide research and advisory support to DGE leadership
- Manage ongoing programming within the Division of Global Engagement
- Collaborate with diverse teams to promote global diversity and cross-cultural understanding
