McKesson Corporation is a globally recognized, impact-driven Fortune 10 company that plays an essential role in the healthcare industry by making care more accessible and affordable. As one of the largest healthcare services and information technology companies in the world, McKesson delivers a broad range of products, services, and expertise that support the health and well-being of patients, communities, and healthcare providers alike. Renowned for innovation, quality, and a commitment to service, McKesson has built a strong reputation as a company that positively shapes the future of healthcare. Their operations span pharmaceutical distribution, medical supplies, automation, and health information technologies, positioning the firm as a critical partner to hospitals, pharmacies, physicians, and payers across the healthcare system. McKesson’s culture fosters growth, encourages new ideas, and empowers employees to bring impactful solutions to the marketplace. They maintain a collaborative environment dedicated to both employee well-being and patient-centered outcomes, affirming a deep commitment to corporate responsibility and ethical business practices.
The role of Account Manager at McKesson offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the successful implementation and ongoing support of the Glide Health product, a specialized software solution designed to improve operational efficiencies in healthcare revenue cycle management. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with Sales Managers and product teams to serve as a highly skilled technical resource during product setup, testing, and custom programming both before and during go-live. This role is integral to ensuring that clients achieve satisfaction through expert installation, servicing, and repair of these complex systems. Your responsibilities will span from managing the technical implementation and onboarding process, providing comprehensive training to end-users, to delivering ongoing customer support and analytics reporting. Additionally, you will play a key part in maintaining quality standards in system operation and function, liaising effectively with customers on both administrative and technical matters. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and project management ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects, prioritizing resources and resolving conflicts in a dynamic healthcare IT environment.
Successful incumbents are expected to analyze data trends, manage MicroStrategy reports, and ensure continuous product adoption through tailored training and support. The hybrid work arrangement includes working onsite in the Las Colinas office at least two days per week, combined with remote work, providing a balanced and flexible work environment. The role offers a competitive salary range from $84,700 to $141,100, complemented by comprehensive Total Rewards including bonuses and long-term incentives. Working at McKesson means you will join a team dedicated to shaping the future of healthcare while advancing your career in a supportive and innovative company committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
