Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in glass cleaning or similar custodial work
- Ability to follow safety protocols including OSHA regulations
- Valid driver’s license may be required
- Ability to perform physical duties such as sitting, walking, standing, and handling equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work assigned shifts of 5:30AM-2:00PM or 1:30PM-10:00PM

Job Duties
- Clean interior and exterior windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures
- Use cleaning solutions, squeegees, and other tools to remove dirt, streaks, and grime
- Ensure safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed at all times
- Inspect windows and report any damages or maintenance needs
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain and store equipment properly after use
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond to supervision
- Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
- Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
