Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- comfortable working indoors and outdoors including pool and beach areas
- fluent in English spoken and written

- comfortable using POS systems and digital ordering tools

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- hospitality or mixology training preferred
- previous experience as a bartender in luxury resorts, fine dining, or high-volume settings preferred
- knowledge of POS systems and inventory management preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide a polished, professional experience at the bar
- offer personalized beverage recommendations including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options
- prepare and serve beverages according to standardized recipes, presentation guidelines, and guest preferences
- anticipate guest needs by maintaining attentiveness to orders, refills, and special requests
- handle guest concerns promptly following Forbes-aligned service protocols to ensure satisfaction
- maintain positive guest relations and a friendly atmosphere throughout the shift
- set up, organize, and maintain the bar station including glassware, garnishes, and beverage inventory
