Job Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- Ability to lift 100 pounds or more safely
- Ownership of a smartphone (iPhone or Android)
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
- Completion of background check
- Availability to pick flexible shifts and commitment to scheduled jobs
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in moving or handling large items preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with smartphone technology and ability to use the Lugger App
- Physical fitness to safely lift and move heavy items
- Background check clearance
- Age 18 or older
Job Duties
- Pick your own working slots and choose when to work
- Collaborate as part of a two-person crew with a driver or helper
- Safely move and deliver large items including furniture and household goods
- Communicate professionally with customers to ensure a positive moving experience
- Use the Lugger App to accept jobs, complete moves, and track earnings
- Participate in moving tasks such as marketplace pickups, donation drop-offs, storage runs, and apartment moves
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company standards for background checks and professionalism
