Job Requirements
- One plus year of experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred but not required
- friendly attitude with strong communication and multitasking skills
- willingness to obtain TIPS certification if not already certified
- ability to work efficiently and cooperatively with a dynamic service team
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- able to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with resetting tables and carrying supplies as needed

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- answer phones in a positive and upbeat manner, assisting callers and taking reservations
- process Room Service orders when the Room Service attendant is unavailable
- monitor dining room flow and communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- clear and reset tables as needed to support the service team
- ensure guest satisfaction and provide support throughout all aspects of the dining experience
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
