Job Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Friendly attitude with strong communication and multitasking skills
- Willingness to obtain TIPS certification if not already certified
- Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively with a dynamic service team

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phones in a positive and upbeat manner, assisting callers and taking reservations
- Process Room Service orders when the Room Service attendant is unavailable
- Monitor dining room flow and communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Clear and reset tables as needed to support the service team
- Ensure guest satisfaction and provide support throughout all aspects of the dining experience
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
