As a Host at Trillium, you will play a crucial role as the first and last point of contact for our guests, helping to shape their overall experience from the moment they arrive to the time they leave. Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred but willing to train the right candidate
  • Friendly attitude with strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to obtain TIPS certification if not already certified
  • Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively with a dynamic service team

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Answer phones in a positive and upbeat manner, assisting callers and taking reservations
  • Process Room Service orders when the Room Service attendant is unavailable
  • Monitor dining room flow and communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Clear and reset tables as needed to support the service team
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and provide support throughout all aspects of the dining experience
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
