Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen required
  • Must be proficient in basic cooking techniques and knife handling
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be available to work early mornings and weekends
  • Ability to multitask and stay detail-focused in a deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations required
  • Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work in hot kitchen environments and move between stations as needed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook all menu items according to recipes and specifications
  • Set up and stock stations with appropriate tools, ingredients, and supplies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment throughout your shift
  • Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient ticket execution
  • Monitor ingredient levels and replenish as needed throughout service
  • Assist with inventory tracking, labeling, and stock rotation
  • Provide input for daily specials or seasonal menu items
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude, especially during high-volume service
  • Follow all company food safety, uniform, and attendance policies
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
