  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss management and restaurant profitability drivers
  • Ability to prioritize own and others work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and guest service principles

Job Duties

  • Review P&L to increase restaurant profitability
  • Drive sales through proactive customer service, people development, and operations management
  • Motivate and lead team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service in a clean facility
  • Manage guest experience through operations and timely response to guest issues
  • Resolve guest feedback systems to determine root causes and develop action plans
  • Identify and engage with community for local marketing initiatives
  • Lead restaurant recruiting and selection to build and retain an effective team
  • Onboard new team members by training and guiding through certification process
  • Inspire restaurant team through effective individual and team recognition programs
  • Provide coaching and feedback to all employees to increase team capabilities and performance
  • Manage restaurant labor using optimal manager staffing and team scheduling
  • Ensure the restaurant maintains operational and brand standards
  • Perform assistant manager and hourly shift coordinator duties as needed
