Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of profit and loss management and restaurant profitability drivers
- Ability to prioritize own and others work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills and guest service principles
Job Duties
- Review P&L to increase restaurant profitability
- Drive sales through proactive customer service, people development, and operations management
- Motivate and lead team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service in a clean facility
- Manage guest experience through operations and timely response to guest issues
- Resolve guest feedback systems to determine root causes and develop action plans
- Identify and engage with community for local marketing initiatives
- Lead restaurant recruiting and selection to build and retain an effective team
- Onboard new team members by training and guiding through certification process
- Inspire restaurant team through effective individual and team recognition programs
- Provide coaching and feedback to all employees to increase team capabilities and performance
- Manage restaurant labor using optimal manager staffing and team scheduling
- Ensure the restaurant maintains operational and brand standards
- Perform assistant manager and hourly shift coordinator duties as needed
