Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • strong understanding of restaurant profitability drivers and P&L management
  • demonstrated leadership skills and guest service principles
  • ability to prioritize personal and team work to meet deadlines and objectives
  • effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • experience in team development and training
  • familiarity with local marketing initiatives

Job Duties

  • Review P&L to increase restaurant profitability
  • drive sales through proactive guest service, people development, and operations management
  • motivate and lead team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and prompt service in a clean facility
  • manage guest experience through operations and timely response to guest issues
  • resolve guest feedback system issues to determine root causes and develop action plans
  • identify and engage with community to attract potential guests and execute local marketing initiatives
  • lead restaurant recruitment and selection process to build and retain an effective team
  • onboard new team members by training and guiding through certification process
  • inspire the restaurant team by effectively managing individual and team recognition programs
  • provide coaching and feedback to all employees to increase team capabilities and performance
  • manage restaurant labor using optimal manager and team member scheduling
  • ensure the restaurant maintains operational and brand standards
  • perform Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator duties as needed
