Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- strong understanding of restaurant profitability drivers and P&L management
- demonstrated leadership skills and guest service principles
- ability to prioritize personal and team work to meet deadlines and objectives
- effective communication and problem-solving skills
- experience in team development and training
- familiarity with local marketing initiatives
Job Duties
- Review P&L to increase restaurant profitability
- drive sales through proactive guest service, people development, and operations management
- motivate and lead team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and prompt service in a clean facility
- manage guest experience through operations and timely response to guest issues
- resolve guest feedback system issues to determine root causes and develop action plans
- identify and engage with community to attract potential guests and execute local marketing initiatives
- lead restaurant recruitment and selection process to build and retain an effective team
- onboard new team members by training and guiding through certification process
- inspire the restaurant team by effectively managing individual and team recognition programs
- provide coaching and feedback to all employees to increase team capabilities and performance
- manage restaurant labor using optimal manager and team member scheduling
- ensure the restaurant maintains operational and brand standards
- perform Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator duties as needed
