Currently, Noodles & Company is hiring part-time Shift Managers at their Boise, Idaho location, specifically at 535 N. Milwaukee. The position offers a competitive pay range between USD 14.50 and USD 21.00 per hour. As a Shift Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to lead, guide, and work alongside restaurant teams to deliver excellent food and welcoming experiences to customers. This role is essential for maintaining operational flow during busy periods, supporting team members, and fostering a positive working environment where employees feel valued and motivated. The Shift Manager plays a critical role in shaping the customer experience and encouraging team camaraderie through consistent execution, hands-on leadership, and effective communication.
