Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 6+ months experience in a high volume, fast-paced production environment
  • basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
  • understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
  • must obtain state mandated food safety certification

Job Qualifications

  • must be 18 years of age or older

  • 6+ months in a very high volume, fast-paced production environment
  • basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
  • understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
  • must obtain state mandated food safety certification

Job Duties

  • maintains proper food handling and safety procedures for all products in station
  • prepares, produces and presents menu items
  • coordinates selling of single out tickets from the station
  • has thorough recipe and procedure knowledge for all items produced from station
  • follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set
  • prepares and stocks needed product and supplies
  • responsible for end of shift cleaning, breaking down and reducing of station
  • cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation and organizational procedures
  • has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station
  • assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas
  • performs additional responsibilities as requested by the Brew House Manager
