As a reputable and customer-centric organization, FIFCO USA emphasizes hospitality, community engagement, and delivering a memorable experience to all customers. The Brew House locations are open Sunday through Thursday from 11am to 10pm, and Friday and Saturday from 11am to 11pm, designed to cater to a broad range of patrons throughout the week.
The role of Host/Hostess at the Brew House is pivotal in shaping the customer experience. As the first point of contact, hosts and hostesses are tasked with providing an immediate warm and friendly greeting to guests, managing waitlists effectively, and ensuring guests are comfortably seated with menus presented in a professional and courteous manner. This position requires multitasking abilities such as taking to-go orders, answering questions about the menu, managing the floor plan, and maintaining cleanliness in the host area and surrounding spaces. Having a genuine passion for beer and knowledge about the company’s offerings is considered a plus, adding authenticity to interactions with guests.
This position is hourly and offers a base pay of $16.00 per hour, reflecting FIFCO USA’s commitment to fair compensation and transparency. The host/hostess role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy engaging with people, and are detail-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. In addition to direct guest interactions, hosts and hostesses also support operational efficiency by assisting with special seating needs, managing waiting lists during high volume times, and performing light cleaning duties to sustain a pleasant dining environment.

- Ability to lift and manage up to 20 lbs during various times throughout shift

Job Duties
- Provide a warm and friendly immediate greeting to guests at the door
- Seat guests and present clean menus professionally and quickly
- Take names on a waiting list and give quotes when tables are not immediately available
- Run the floor plan board and keep track of table status
- Answer phone calls and questions concerning the menu and restaurant
- Fill to-go orders and assist kitchen staff with assembling orders
- Maintain and organize the host area, retail store, foyer, front entrance, and restrooms throughout the shift
