Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to pass fingerprinting and background check
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift weights between 25 to 50 pounds
- willingness to comply with Bureau of Child Nutrition guidelines
- ability to work weekdays with no evenings or weekends
- ability to participate in annual training programs
Job Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods
- frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, lifting 25 to 50 pounds
- ability to use general cafeteria equipment including warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, and POS system
- punctuality and regular attendance
- ability to take direction and work well with others

- ability to learn and apply policies and procedures

- completion of applicable training programs
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cold food items such as salads and sandwiches
- assist cooks with kitchen tasks
- serve customers with a positive attitude
- maintain a sanitary environment according to health guidelines
- assist with production records and documentation
- operate cashier and handle money transactions
- support the on-site manager as needed
