Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds regularly and move more than 100 pounds frequently
- Willingness to work a 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday schedule
- No fear of heights to safely operate order pickers
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may not be air conditioned or heated seasonally
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance record
- Compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Experience in warehouse operations preferred but not required
- Strong physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Basic math and record-keeping skills
Job Duties
- Operate forklifts and related equipment to load and unload trucks and move materials within the warehouse
- Review shipments and notify management of shortages or damages
- Read work orders or receive instructions to determine work assignments or equipment needs
- Record units handled or moved using production sheets or handheld scanner
- Maintain warehouse area in an organized and clean manner
- Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements
- Drive delivery trucks on assigned routes to deliver products to customers
