The General Utility Worker role at Aramark is an entry-level position critical to ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, kitchen equipment, and work environments across various Aramark client locations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, kitchen utensils, and related equipment. The position also involves upkeep of dishwashing stations, three-compartment sinks, and surrounding areas, ensuring everything is spotless and functional. This role demands a commitment to safety and sanitation policies, including food safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.

Beyond cleaning duties, the General Utility Worker performs light maintenance and custodial tasks to support smooth operation within the kitchen and dining areas. Reporting equipment issues to management promptly is key to preventing downtime and maintaining operational efficiency. Customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and fellow employees are essential aspects of this role.
