The General Utility Worker/Micro Market Stocker position is an integral role within Aramark's food and beverage operations. This hybrid role supports both back-of-house and front-of-house duties, ensuring that all food service areas operate smoothly, safely, and hygienically. The General Utility Worker/Micro Market Stocker helps maintain a safe and sanitary work environment by thorough cleaning, food safety monitoring, and stocking responsibilities. The worker is responsible for tasks such as monitoring food and equipment temperatures, preparing service areas, organizing storage spaces, conducting inventory, and supporting daily kitchen needs. Job Duties

  • Monitor and record food and equipment temperature
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment including pot/dish washing and deep cleaning duties
  • Stock in-cafe store morning and afternoon ensuring freshness of products by monitoring dates
  • Receive orders and assist with putting away
  • Fill out data sheet logs
  • Organize storage spaces
  • Clean store space
  • Assist with inventory on monthly basis
  • Assist back of house kitchen with daily needs
  • Attend in-house training sessions
  • Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations always
  • Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company's health and safety policy
  • Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company's policies and procedures
  • Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to
  • Assist chefs with checking in food deliveries ensuring acceptance of highest quality produce
  • Ensure all food storage aligns with food hygiene regulations and stock rotation system is followed
  • Perform cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture
  • Prepare service area and/or service points
  • Accurately store food items and equipment after service
