Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a food service or custodial role is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and extended walking or standing
- Willingness to comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrates understanding of basic sanitation procedures
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent customer service
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms as required
Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
- Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned
- Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition
- reports any issues to management
- Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensures security of company assets
