Job Duties
- manage daily operations of the cafe
- oversee ordering and inventory control
- develop and maintain staff schedules
- recruit, hire, and onboard new employees

- lead in-store marketing and promotional activities
- enforce recipe adherence and quality control standards
- develop team through training and coaching
- ensure compliance with break policies and labor regulations
