Job Description

Welcome to the Anti-Bitch Club, a bold and unique coffee shop that prides itself on pushing boundaries and creating an inviting atmosphere for all coffee lovers. At the Anti-Bitch Club, we specialize in serving therapeutic lattes, exceptional cold brew coffee, and cheeky merchandise that reflect our playful and distinctive brand personality. Our menu features vegan and keto-friendly treats made exclusively with the purest, natural ingredients, catering to diverse dietary preferences and commitments to health-consciousness. We have cultivated a safe and welcoming space where both coffee connoisseurs and casual drinkers — affectionately known as "basic bitches" — feel at home to enjoy high-quality coffee and camaraderie. Cheers to great coffee and genuine connections.

This opportunity is for a full-time General Store Manager, humorously titled the "Head Bitch in Charge," at Coffee Dose, our dynamic and rapidly growing café. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee a team of 30 to 50 hospitality-focused employees and mid-level managers, all operating within a vibrant, high-energy, and high-volume environment. Your scope of responsibility is comprehensive, covering every facet from managing the morning rush to overseeing the comprehensive financial health of the store. This means maintaining ownership of ordering and inventory control, staff scheduling, recruitment and hiring, administration of human resources, upkeep of facilities, and execution of in-store marketing initiatives. As the standard-bearer for recipe adherence and quality control, you will ensure that every beverage and food item served aligns with the highest standards synonymous with Coffee Dose.

Key to your role will be team development and leadership, ensuring that all labor laws and break policies are strictly followed to create a fair and motivating workplace atmosphere. This position demands a hands-on approach to customer service by ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects the distinctive Coffee Dose experience, delivering not just quality products but memorable encounters. Your financial acumen will be critical as you assume full P&L ownership and budget management responsibilities. Being "P&L fluent" means you not only know your numbers inside and out but actively protect margins and drive store profitability. Leading with both energy and accountability, you thrive amidst the fast-paced demands of a bustling café. You bring a solid leadership presence that balances operational discipline with a positive, can-do attitude.

If you excel in fast-moving environments, lead with confidence, and are ready to steer a tight ship while fostering a culture of excellence and fun, then this role at Coffee Dose is your next career milestone. Join us to shape an innovative coffee experience that challenges conventions and celebrates authenticity every day.
