  • minimum of 5 years of experience managing food and beverage operations
  • ability to lead and manage a team of 30 to 50 employees
  • knowledge of inventory and ordering systems
  • experience in financial and budget management

  • commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • manage daily operations of the cafe
  • oversee ordering and inventory control
  • develop and maintain staff schedules
