We are currently seeking a full-time General Store Manager, affectionately known as the Head Bitch in Charge, to oversee our bustling Coffee Dose location. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team of 30 to 50 hospitality-focused employees and managers in a fast-paced, high-volume café environment. Your domain will cover everything from the morning rush to managing the bottom line, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards at all times. You will oversee the key operational functions including ordering, inventory management, scheduling, hiring, human resources administration, facilities maintenance, and in-store marketing. Quality assurance is paramount, and you will enforce recipe adherence and control to ensure every product meets our exacting standards.
Beyond operational excellence, as the Head Bitch in Charge, you will foster team development, enforce break policies, and guarantee that every customer interaction embodies the spirit and experience of Coffee Dose. Managing profit and loss ownership and budget management are central to your role. You’ll need to be fluent in reading your numbers, protecting margins, and leading with accountability and high energy. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of food and beverage management experience
- experience in full-service or quick-service environments
- proficiency in profit and loss management
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- knowledge of coffee preparation and products preferred
