Job Duties

  • Set-up and tear-down salad bar, dessert station, condiments, coffee, drinks and waffle bar
  • Responsible for stocking all beverages, cereal, utensils, cups and bowls throughout meal periods
  • Understand operation of drink machines, waffle equipment and soft serve machines
  • Assist in assembling products to be prepared for meal service
  • Replenish various food products in food stations
  • Break down, clean and sanitize server and kitchen prep areas
  • Follow proper portion control
  • Prepare setup and clear dining room tables for each meal
  • Perform other duties as assigned
